At Gratitude Yoga, we offer senior citizen wellness programs in Chicagoland and virtually anywhere. These are geared at older adults who are no longer as physically active as they once used to be. We’ve customized our yoga and meditation sessions keeping in mind specific requirements for senior wellness and provide a comfortable and friendly environment to our older clients.
