Yazmin Egipciaco

Yazmin (Teacher) - Yoga came into my life three years ago at the perfect time. I had been going through different health challenges which really negatively affected me. I was between work, always on my feet and in stressful environments that took an extra toll on me. Doing yoga regularly changed my life for the better in so many ways. I fell in love with it instantly and realized I had found my passion. Yoga helped me find connection in my mind, body and spirit and I'm constantly acknowledging that privilege of breath and movement. I'm so grateful to have a mind and body that can not only do this practice, but also teach it.
